These Terms govern your use of MatchPilot (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

The Service

MatchPilot uses AI to compare a resume against a job posting and return a match analysis and suggestions. The analysis is informational only.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are offered as auto-renewing subscriptions. When purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, billing, renewals, and refunds are handled by that platform under its terms. Your subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Prices and included usage are shown before purchase and may change with notice for future periods.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service: no attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer it; no uploading content you don't have the right to share; no automated scraping of the Service.

No guarantees

The Service provides AI-generated analysis and is not career, legal, or professional advice. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, or any particular outcome. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete — use your own judgment.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MatchPilot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.

Intellectual property

You keep ownership of the content you submit. We own the Service and its software. You may use the analysis we return for your personal job search.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes are reflected by the "Last updated" date. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
